We work with top candidates to ensure that we can offer a full range of staffing solutions to our clients, complemented by industry-leading support services.About the role:This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a newly created Financial Planning and Analysis team. Reporting into the Head of FP&A, the candidate will be responsible for supporting in the management of all reporting and messaging around key business processes including the Group budget and Group forecast. The role will require excellent communication and stakeholder management skills alongside strong financial modelling ability and experience of working in a large global organization.Key responsibilities of the role include:-

Support the development of a best-in-class FP&A function within a growing and fast pacedglobal organization-

Support the running of the Group budget and forecast processes globally, working acrossthe finance function to ensure forecasts are delivered to agreed timelines-

Assist with the production of the Group budget and Group forecast presentation packs-

Regular performance reporting for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring qualityinformation is provided in a timely manner-

Analyzing monthly performance including identifying, investigating, and communicating keytrends or items of concern-

Drive continuous improvement in key business processes and systems to support the FP&Aagenda. In particular working closely with the systems development team to continue toautomate reporting as much as possible and ensure the system adapts to the changingneeds of the business-

Assisting in analyzing the impact of potential acquisition targets on future forecasts-

Bespoke stakeholder reporting-

Work collaboratively with the Group Finance, Treasury and Accounting Systems teams toachieve cross departmental goalsKey attributes:-

Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)-

Experience working in a large global organization-

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-

Ability to analyze large data sets and summarize key findings concisely-

Commercial awareness and understanding of key business drivers-
