You will contribute to the preparation of financial statements, budgeting processes, and management reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting strategic decision-making.What You Will DoFinancial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering financial data, performing variance analysis, and preparing financial models.Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance metrics, trends, and forecasts to support decision-making.Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies in all reporting activities.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and analysis methodologies.Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management or department heads.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including accounting, treasury, and operations to gather data and support financial reporting requirements.What You Will HaveBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.1-4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or finance-related roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
