Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer with experience in crafting compelling bid responses for tenders, particularly in the Oracle HR and finance sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle human resources and financial systems, enabling them to produce clear, persuasive, and technically accurate Organic content that meets the requirements of potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write high-quality bid responses that address client needs, showcasing our expertise in HR and finance systems.

• Translate complex HR and finance system functionalities into easy-to-understand, engaging content that aligns with client specifications.

• Conduct thorough research on potential clients and the specific requirements of each tender, ensuring responses are tailored and relevant.

• Work closely with the sales, HR, finance, and technical teams to gather necessary information, understand product offerings, and ensure bid responses are accurate and comprehensive.

• Ensuring that all bid documents and presales materials are accurate, complete, and compliant with the client's requirements. This includes proofreading, formatting, and checking for consistency across all documents.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all bid responses are completed and submitted within deadlines.


Skills Required:

• Proven experience in content writing, particularly in developing bid responses for Oracle HR and finance systems.

• Strong understanding of Oracle HR and finance systems, including software solutions, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Attention to detail, ensuring all content is accurate, well-organized, and meets the specific needs of each tender.

• Ability to gather and analyze information related to the bid, including understanding client requirements, market conditions, and competitor strategies.

• Expert in MS Office

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly, and the ability to adapt to new requirements or last-minute changes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients. This includes the ability to clearly articulate requirements, deadlines, and expectations.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proficiency in using content management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Oracle HR and finance software platforms.
