Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Sales Consultant, located in Bengaluru. The role entails consulting with clients to understand their immigration needs and providing tailored solutions. The consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining effective communication, and delivering high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include attending client meetings, preparing and processing visa applications, and following up with clients to ensure all necessary documentation is provided in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Client Management: Meet with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Monitor sales metrics and report on performance. Participate in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales staff. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales processes. Lead by example and set high standards for performance and professionalism.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
