Key Responsibilities 1. Client Support & Business Development Enablement (BDM/AE Support) Partner closely with US-based sales, BDMs, and client partners to support new business and existing accounts Participate in client discovery calls to understand hiring needs, skill requirements, timelines, and budgets Support proposal development, rate benchmarking, and job intake documentation Coordinate with leadership on account ramp-ups and delivery plans Build strong working relationships with US client stakeholders through regular communication 2. Account Management & Client Relationship Coordination Act as the primary offshore point of contact for assigned US client accounts Manage requisitions, priorities, and delivery expectations in alignment with client SLAs Provide regular status updates, candidate pipelines, and market insights to clients and onshore teams Support client reviews, feedback loops, and hiring performance discussions Identify opportunities for account expansion, volume hiring, and improved delivery efficiency 3. Recruitment & Offshore Delivery Ownership Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT, technology, and professional services roles Source candidates through Indian job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, client readiness, and US market fit Coordinate technical interviews, client interviews, and feedback cycles Ensure candidates are prepared for US client expectations, time zones, and interview standards Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future client needs 4. Offer Coordination, Documentation & Onboarding Support Coordinate offers, compensation alignment, and joining timelines with HR and Operations Ensure timely collection of documentation, background verification, and compliance paperwork Support onboarding, joining follow-ups, and initial engagement of placed candidates Act as an escalation point for candidate concerns during the early stages of engagement 5. Revenue Tracking, Metrics & Reporting (India Ownership) Track hiring metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and fall-offs Support revenue tracking, billing readiness, and forecast inputs for assigned accounts Maintain accurate data in ATS, CRM, and internal tracking tools Provide daily/weekly delivery reports to leadership and US stakeholders 6. Team Collaboration & Process Excellence Collaborate with India delivery teams, recruiters, HR, finance, and compliance teams Mentor junior recruiters and support team performance improvement Ensure adherence to internal hiring processes, client-specific guidelines, and data security standards Share market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring risks Required Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience in staffing or recruitment, preferably supporting US clients Proven experience in full desk or senior delivery/account roles from India Strong understanding of US staffing models (Contract, C2H, Full-Time) Hands-on experience with offshore recruiting and delivery management Excellent verbal and written communication skills for US client interaction Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and recruitment tools Preferred Qualifications Experience working with US IT staffing firms or global delivery centers Exposure to MSP/VMS environments Ability to work overlapping US time zones Experience handling multiple clients and high-volume requirements Core Skills & Competencies Client communication and stakeholder coordination Strong recruiting, sourcing, and screening expertise Delivery ownership and accountability Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset Team collaboration and leadership capability Why Join Us Direct exposure to US clients and global staffing operations Opportunity to own end-to-end delivery and account support Career growth into leadership, client-facing, or onshore-aligned roles Competitive India market compensation with performance-linked incentives Stable, growth-oriented organization with a strong global presence
