Key Responsibilities1. Client Support & Business Development Enablement (BDM/AE Support)Partner closely with US-based sales, BDMs, and client partners to support new business and existing accountsParticipate in client discovery calls to understand hiring needs, skill requirements, timelines, and budgetsSupport proposal development, rate benchmarking, and job intake documentationCoordinate with leadership on account ramp-ups and delivery plansBuild strong working relationships with US client stakeholders through regular communication2. Account Management & Client Relationship CoordinationAct as the primary offshore point of contact for assigned US client accountsManage requisitions, priorities, and delivery expectations in alignment with client SLAsProvide regular status updates, candidate pipelines, and market insights to clients and onshore teamsSupport client reviews, feedback loops, and hiring performance discussionsIdentify opportunities for account expansion, volume hiring, and improved delivery efficiency3. Recruitment & Offshore Delivery OwnershipOwn end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT, technology, and professional services rolesSource candidates through Indian job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databasesScreen candidates for technical skills, communication, client readiness, and US market fitCoordinate technical interviews, client interviews, and feedback cyclesEnsure candidates are prepared for US client expectations, time zones, and interview standardsMaintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future client needs4. Offer Coordination, Documentation & Onboarding SupportCoordinate offers, compensation alignment, and joining timelines with HR and OperationsEnsure timely collection of documentation, background verification, and compliance paperworkSupport onboarding, joining follow-ups, and initial engagement of placed candidatesAct as an escalation point for candidate concerns during the early stages of engagement5. Revenue Tracking, Metrics & Reporting (India Ownership)Track hiring metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and fall-offsSupport revenue tracking, billing readiness, and forecast inputs for assigned accountsMaintain accurate data in ATS, CRM, and internal tracking toolsProvide daily/weekly delivery reports to leadership and US stakeholders6. Team Collaboration & Process ExcellenceCollaborate with India delivery teams, recruiters, HR, finance, and compliance teamsMentor junior recruiters and support team performance improvementEnsure adherence to internal hiring processes, client-specific guidelines, and data security standardsShare market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring risksRequired Qualifications5–10+ years of experience in staffing or recruitment, preferably supporting US clientsProven experience in full desk or senior delivery/account roles from IndiaStrong understanding of US staffing models (Contract, C2H, Full-Time)Hands-on experience with offshore recruiting and delivery managementExcellent verbal and written communication skills for US client interactionProficiency with ATS, CRM, and recruitment toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with US IT staffing firms or global delivery centersExposure to MSP/VMS environmentsAbility to work overlapping US time zonesExperience handling multiple clients and high-volume requirementsCore Skills & CompetenciesClient communication and stakeholder coordinationStrong recruiting, sourcing, and screening expertiseDelivery ownership and accountabilityAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentData-driven and detail-oriented mindsetTeam collaboration and leadership capabilityWhy Join UsDirect exposure to US clients and global staffing operationsOpportunity to own end-to-end delivery and account supportCareer growth into leadership, client-facing, or onshore-aligned rolesCompetitive India market compensation with performance-linked incentivesStable, growth-oriented organization with a strong global presence
