Founder's Office Intern

Since our launch in 2021, we have powered employee and client gifting programs for over 200 of the world’s leading organizations including McKinsey, Bain & Co., Philips, Gartner, EXL, S&P Global, Times of India and many more.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders and gain valuable experience in driving the success and growth of our company. This role is designed for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate who is to contribute to strategic initiatives, tactical activities, and cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends analysis to gather insights and identify opportunities within the HR tech space.
• Strategic Support: Assist the founders in developing and refining the company's strategic plans, vision, and goals. Contribute to the formulation of business strategies, market entry strategies, and growth plans.
• Operations and Process Improvement: Support operational activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze data related to business performance, customer metrics, and market trends. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and support decision-making processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Support the founders in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, and customers. Assist in preparing presentations, conducting research, and coordinating meetings.
• Support Business Development: Contribute to business development activities by assisting in identifying potential partnerships, conducting market research on target companies, and preparing materials for strategic partnership initiatives.

• Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills especially with senior business leaders, HR, marketing and procurement leaders in corporates

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
• High level of enthusiasm, drive, and initiative to work in a start-up and fast paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Stipend: ₹8000 + ₹2000 (Performance Variable)
