About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor the QA team to deliver high-quality software releases on schedule.
  • Design, develop, and oversee execution of comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scripts (manual and automated).
  • Ensure test coverage across functionality, performance, security, and scalability.
  • Track, prioritize, and resolve defects using test management and tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align QA efforts with project requirements.
  • Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and introduce tools to enhance QA efficiency.
  • Report on quality metrics and ensure compliance with release standards.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
