Job Description: Stylist – Product Photography & Videography (Retail or Ecommerce Industry only)
(To ensure the creation of compelling marketing visuals that drive brand representation and product success across digital platforms)
The Stylist will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing all styling aspects for product photography and videography, ensuring the best representation of the Ventures' products across categories like sports, luggage, kitchen, and furniture.
In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end styling requirements, from studio selection to agency coordination, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives.
You’ll work closely with external creative partners and internal teams to maintain consistency, deliver engaging visuals, and elevate the brand’s online presence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ownership of styling and visual content creation for all product categories.
- Selecting appropriate photography and videography studios based on brand needs and product characteristics.
- Scouting and sourcing props, backdrops, and visual elements to enhance product presentation.
- Coordinating with photoshoot agencies, obtaining quotes, and ensuring budget alignment.
- Working alongside photographers and videographers to execute creative concepts.
- Maintaining consistency in imagery and video representation across online platforms.
- Keeping up with trends and implementing innovative styling approaches to stay ahead in the market.
- Liaising between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Documenting styling plans, creative briefs, and recommendations for future shoots.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in styling for photography and videography.
- Proven track record of working with e-commerce or retail brands.
- Strong understanding of aesthetics and product presentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with creative professionals and manage vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of product categories such as sports, luggage, kitchen, and furniture is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing visuals and trends.
