Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement policies and processes to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent, partnering with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
You will foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by planning and executing employee engagement programs and activities. Additionally, you will identify training needs and oversee the creation and delivery of development programs, monitoring career progression and succession planning.
Performance Management:- Drive the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees. Establish KPIs and track individual and team performance.
- Benchmark compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness, overseeing payroll and administering employee benefits programs.
As a Strategic Human Resources Leader, you will also ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance requirements, developing policies on workplace safety, grievance redressal, and other HR regulations. You will implement and manage HRIS systems to streamline HR operations and utilize data analytics for workforce planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
