Help Desk/Sistemista

per affermata realtà vicentina operante nell’ambito della consulenza sui sistemi informativi.In modo particolare si richiede una forte passione per le tecnologie e una predisposizione all’attitudine consulenziale.La risorsa ricercata si occuperà di:Help Desk di 1° livello ed escalation verso il 2° livello di supporto

Attività di back-office (controllo stato ticket, gestione solleciti)

Configurazione e manutenzione PC aziendali, stampanti e dispositivi mobili

Gestione di base utenti, risorse e permessi in ambiente Active Directory

Gestione di base utenti e servizi in ambiente Microsoft 365 e Microsoft Azure

Monitoraggio infrastrutture clienti On Premises e Cloud

Requisiti Si valutano candidati di diverse seniority ma che abbiano almeno una minima esperienza (anche di stage) in ambito ICT e che siano in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:Diploma in informatica/laurea in Informatica o in materie affini al ruolo

Buona conoscenza (o conoscenza base per profili junior) dei sistemi operativi

client e server

Microsoft

Buona conoscenza (o conoscenza base per profili junior) di

Active Directory e Microsoft Exchange

Competenze (o conoscenza base per profili junior) su

networking e virtualizzazione

Capacità di dare assistenza su PC e periferiche

Conoscenza del linguaggio

SQL

Buona conoscenza del pacchetto

Microsoft Office

(gradito O365)

Gradite conoscenze su cloud (Azure) e sicurezza informatica

Attitudine alla gestione del cliente
