Autope Payment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Compensation Offered: Up to 25k in-hand

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information about our payment solutions and services to customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical or product-related issues reported by customers, offering step-by-step guidance and resolutions to resolve problems independently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information on features, functionalities, and updates.
  • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system or ticketing system.
  • Gather and document customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and relay feedback to the relevant departments.
  • Should have good knowledge in MS Excel and MIS Reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1 year Experience in customer support/service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
