What we can offer you is a space to explore varied technologies and quench your techie soul.What we are looking for: MS SQL Server DBALocation: Chennai/KolkataInterview Mode: Virtual mode (Microsoft Teams)Exp: 8-12 Years8+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration (SQL Server 2012 through 2022).Strong proficiency in installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.Expertise in backup and recovery strategies, using native tools and third-party solutions.Deep understanding of high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) techniques (Always On, Log Shipping, Clustering, Mirroring).Strong experience in performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, SQL Profiler, and Execution Plans.Solid T-SQL programming and scripting experience.Experience in managing large and complex databases (TBs of data, high transaction volume).Ability to work in team setting as well as independently.Strong understanding of security and compliance, including encryption, auditing, and role-based access.Experience with automation and scripting using Power Shell, T-SQL, or similar tools.Hands-on experience with SQL Server Agent jobs, SSIS packages, and SQL Maintenance Plans.Good communication skills with both technical and management teamsRegards,Prashaanthini
