About the Role:

  • We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer Onboarding Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and onboarding influencers across multiple social media platforms. You will play a key role in building long-term influencer relationships and ensuring smooth integration into our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify influencers that align with brand goals, audience, and campaigns.
  • Reach out to potential influencers through email, calls, and social platforms.
  • Onboard influencers by explaining collaboration processes, brand guidelines, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Maintain influencer databases, contracts, and communication records.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to brief influencers on campaigns.
  • Ensure timely submission of content and adherence to brand compliance.
  • Monitor influencer performance during onboarding and resolve any issues.
  • Assist in building influencer engagement strategies to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, or a similar role (freshers with strong social media knowledge may apply).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, social media trends, and analytics tools.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in influencer outreach or social media coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of influencer contracts and campaign management.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 10AM to 7PM

Salary:

  • Competitive and in line with industry standards. The final offer will be based on the candidate's skills and experience.

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
