
F&B Cost Controller

The F&B Controller is responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of food and beverage costs, inventory management, and purchasing procedures. The role ensures proper accounting, accurate reporting, and compliance with company policies while supporting cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Control & Inventory Management
- Monitor daily F&B revenue and expenses to ensure accurate cost reporting.
- Conduct regular food and beverage inventory checks, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Verify requisitions, transfers, wastages, and spoilage reports.
- Analyze variance between actual and theoretical costs and highlight discrepancies.
Purchasing & Receiving
- Ensure that all F&B purchases are properly authorized, priced, and recorded.
- Work closely with the Purchasing and Receiving departments to control costs.
- Review supplier invoices and contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly food and beverage cost reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Provide management with cost-saving recommendations.
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for F&B operations.
- Establish and enforce controls for portioning, wastage, and pilferage.
- Conduct surprise spot checks in bars, kitchens, and stores.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the Finance, Kitchen, and F&B service teams.
- Provide training to operational staff on cost awareness and control measures.
- Support management in decision-making by providing accurate data and insights.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14, ₹30,000.00 per month
