We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Associates to join our team on a commission-based basis. This is a remote, contract role with flexible hours, ideal for self-starters who thrive in a performance-driven environment. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and onboard clients seeking professional website development services.Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential clients across India through cold outreach, , networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Pitch Space's website development services to businesses, showcasing the value of our customized, high-quality solutions.
• Schedule and conduct consultations to understand client needs and present tailored proposals.
• Close deals and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and sales activities in our CRM system.What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with website development, digital marketing, or related industries is a plus.
• Access to a computer, reliable internet, and proficiency in using online tools (e.g., , CRM software).Compensation & Benefits
