Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Drafter/Prosecutor at Chandigarh University located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Patent Drafter/Prosecutor will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patent search and analysis, preparing legal opinions, and providing technical expertise in patent prosecution matters.

Qualifications

- Must have experience in Patent Drafting, FER-SER Response and oral hearing Submission.- Experience of 8-15 number of Patent oral hearings and related document Submission.- Strong knowledge of patent law, regulations, Patent Forms and Fees.- Registration as a Patent Agent is a Mandatory- Excellent technical writing skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and in a team- Good communication and presentation skills- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field
