Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Drafter/Prosecutor at Chandigarh University located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Patent Drafter/Prosecutor will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patent search and analysis, preparing legal opinions, and providing technical expertise in patent prosecution matters.

QualificationsMust have experience in Patent Drafting, FER-SER Response and oral hearing Submission.Experience of 8-15 number of Patent oral hearings and related document Submission.Strong knowledge of patent law, regulations, Patent Forms and Fees.Registration as a Patent Agent is a MandatoryExcellent technical writing skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and in a teamGood communication and presentation skillsBachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field
