About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term engagement. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping to build trust and ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Job Title: Client Relationship Manager Location: Jaipur, RajasthanExperience Required: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally. Understand client needs and objectives, and propose appropriate solutions and services. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables. Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins, meetings, and feedback sessions. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients. Maintain accurate client records and communication logs in CRM software. Handle client escalations with efficiency and empathy, ensuring a positive resolution. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or customer success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. A positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-first mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in industries such as marketing, hospitality, IT services, or B2B services is a plus. Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
