We are seeking a dynamic and driven Application Specialist to join our team specializing in Women 's Health Devices. As an Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support to Doctors in hospital procedures with our devices, facilitating communication between doctors, procurement, and sales teams, and ensuring seamless integration of our cutting-edge devices.
Responsibilities
Provide operational support to doctors utilizing women 's health devices in hospital settings.
Communicate effectively with medical professionals, procurement, and sales teams to ensure the smooth implementation and usage of our devices.
Conduct training sessions for medical staff on device operation and maintenance.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and contribute to product improvement.
Travel to customer sites, primarily hospitals, for on-site support, training, and relationship building.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical device industry.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with women 's health devices or within the women 's health sector.
Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and software platforms quickly.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
