Role & responsibilities
1. Contractor Manpower Management:
- Coordinate daily attendance and deployment of contract workers.
- Maintain contractor records, agreements, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor contractor performance and adherence to labor laws and site policies.
- Ensure availability of manpower as per production/department requirements.
2. Facility Management (Canteen, Housekeeping, Security):
- Supervise daily operations and service quality of canteen, housekeeping, and security teams.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure hygiene, safety, and proper staffing.
- Conduct regular audits and checks to maintain high service standards.
- Handle feedback and resolve facility-related complaints.
3. MIS & Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to manpower, attendance, contractor billing, etc.
- Track and analyze workforce data for management reporting.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for audit readiness.
4. Worker Issue Resolution & Recruitment:
- Act as the first point of contact for contract worker grievances.
- Investigate and resolve worker-related issues promptly within defined timelines.
- Support recruitment of contract and entry-level manpower in coordination with contractors or internal teams.
- Conduct induction and orientation for new workers.
