Role & responsibilities

1. Contractor Manpower Management:

  • Coordinate daily attendance and deployment of contract workers.
  • Maintain contractor records, agreements, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor contractor performance and adherence to labor laws and site policies.
  • Ensure availability of manpower as per production/department requirements.

2. Facility Management (Canteen, Housekeeping, Security):

  • Supervise daily operations and service quality of canteen, housekeeping, and security teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure hygiene, safety, and proper staffing.
  • Conduct regular audits and checks to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle feedback and resolve facility-related complaints.

3. MIS & Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to manpower, attendance, contractor billing, etc.
  • Track and analyze workforce data for management reporting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for audit readiness.

4. Worker Issue Resolution & Recruitment:

  • Act as the first point of contact for contract worker grievances.
  • Investigate and resolve worker-related issues promptly within defined timelines.
  • Support recruitment of contract and entry-level manpower in coordination with contractors or internal teams.
  • Conduct induction and orientation for new workers.
