We are seeking a talented and experienced Servicenow S2P professional to join our team. As a Servicenow S2P specialist, you will oversee the implementation and optimization of the Servicenow Source-to-Pay (S2P) module. Your expertise in Servicenow and S2P will be critical in ensuring smooth and efficient procurement processes throughout our :


- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and configure Servicenow S2P module accordingly.


- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users.


- Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps and training materials, to ensure consistency and efficiency.


- Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.


- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure vendor compliance and manage supplier relationships.


- Lead cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements to the Servicenow S2P module.


- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement :


- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.


- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Servicenow S2P configuration and implementation.


- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.


- Proficiency in Servicenow and its various modules.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
