Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive at CodeLand located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for communication, customer service, lead generation, customer support, and sales. The role involves interacting with potential customers over the phone, identifying sales opportunities, providing product information, closing sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven customer service and customer support experience
Ability to generate leads and create sales opportunities
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and telesales techniques
Ability to work well in a team and achieve sales targets
Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
