Amber raised $18.5M from Marquee investors like Gaja capitalIf you are passionate about making international mobility and living, seamless and accessible, then - Join us in building the future of student housingPosition Title: Operations AssociateLocation: RemoteShift Timings: US Shift - Rotational (Non-Negotiable); 5.5 days per weekExperience Level: 0–2 YearsCompensation: Upto ₹3.6 LPA (Fixed)Key Responsibilities:- Lead Conversion:- Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.- Customer Interaction:- Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.- Market Expertise:- Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.- Follow-Up:- Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.- Collaboration:- Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.- Data Management:- Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.- Target Achievement:- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.What We're Looking For:- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.- Strong active listening skills.- Effective time management and organizational abilities.- Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.- Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.- Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.- Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.Educational Qualifications:- Graduate with at least 60% in academics.What You'll Get at Amber:- Competitive salary with a performance-driven variable component.- Flexible working hours with remote work opportunities.- A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.- Career advancement opportunities in a rapidly expanding global organization.Join Us:Be part of a team that's revolutionizing the student accommodation industry.
