Job Description: Role : Lead Data Management Analyst in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB)

  • Partner with Application Business Owners (ABOs) to address governance and data-related risks.
  • Create and deliver data management artifacts (e.g., data dictionaries, data lineage, control assessments).
  • Consult with teams on compliance, data quality, and risk management processes.
  • Develop SME-level knowledge of CIB business applications and technical metadata.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CIB business units and support ABOs.
  • Ensure compliance with data management policies and frameworks.
  • Support data-related projects and initiatives, focusing on lineage and artifact creation.
  • Resolve data quality issues and ensure timely delivery of data artifacts.
  • Analyze data checks/controls to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Influence and guide less experienced team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management.
  • Based internationally.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of financial services experience, ideally in Corporate & Investment Banking.
  • Knowledge of risk management in areas like operational, technology, and data management.
  • Strong consulting, analytical, technical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and present complex information effectively.
