- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack PHP Lead Developer to join our dynamic team.

- As a Senior Full Stack PHP Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting robust solutions, and driving the development of our PHP-based applications.

- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in PHP development, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Should be well-versed with PHP, Laravel

- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of PHP-based applications.

- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements and performance goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software products.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and best practices.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and tools.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of our applications.

- Drive technical discussions and decision-making to solve complex problems and improve system architecture.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 6+ years of professional experience in PHP development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams in an agile environment.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with database design and optimization.

- Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis).
