Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant based in Gurugram. The Articled Assistant will be involved in day-to-day tasks including audit support, tax compliance, transfer pricing, financial modeling, valuations and financial reporting. Responsibilities also include conducting research, preparing documentation, liaising with clients, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with senior advisors on dynamic consulting projects.

Qualifications

  • Audit support, Financial Reporting, and Tax Compliance skills
  • Experience in assisting legal matters and regulatory compliance
  • Strong research and documentation preparation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Pursuing CA and cleared CA Foundation and CA inter exams
  • Prior experience in consulting or advisory services is a plus
