Job Description
Pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale, nous recherchons un Sales Manager.
Le sales manager est chargé de développer et de gérer les ventes dans sa zone géographique. Il est responsable de la mise en place de la stratégie commerciale afin d'atteindre les objectifs et de rentabilité fixés par la direction commerciale.
Responsabilité : 
   - Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients potentiels.
   - Entretenir et développer les relations commerciales avec les clients existants.
   - Assurer un suivi régulier des commandes, livraisons, retours, compensations ...
   - Résoudre les problèmes éventuels rencontrés par les clients.
   - Recruter, former et accompagner l'équipe commerciale;
   - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de logistique, d'achat, de relation client, et de marketing pour assurer la satisfaction client.
   - Participer aux réunions commerciales et de suivi des performances.
   - Préparer des rapports réguliers sur l'activité commerciale, les ventes et les prévisions.
   - Analyser les résultats obtenus et proposer des actions correctives si nécessaire.
Compétences Requises :
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents services.
- Homme de terrain, disponible pour satisfaire les clients, orienté résultat.
- Maîtrise des techniques de vente et de gestion de la relation client.
- Capacité à analyser les données et de proposition de plan d'actions permettant de booster les ventes et élargir la distribution numérique.
Formation et Expérience :
- Diplôme universitaire en commerce, ou/et en marketing (Minimum Bac+3).
- Expérience professionnelle significative (Minimum 5 ans) dans la gestion commerciale / circuit traditionnel (idéalement dans le secteur agroalimentaire).
Conditions de Travail :
- Horaires de travail flexibles en fonction des besoins du marché.
- Déplacements fréquents pour rencontrer les clients, et la force de vente.

Vous serez responsable de développer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'approvisionnement efficaces afin d'optimiser les coûts, de garantir la qualité des produits et de maximiser la profitabilité. 4- PRINCIPALES ACTIVITÉS Contribuer au développement et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d'approvisionnement en collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes internes. Gérer l'équipe d'acheteurs, en assurant leur développement professionnel et en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et motivant. Superviser l'ensemble du processus d'approvisionnement, de la recherche de fournisseurs à la négociation, en passant par la gestion des relations fournisseurs. Identifier et évaluer les fournisseurs potentiels, en tenant compte de critères tels que la qualité, la fiabilité, les coûts et la rentabilité par produit. Surveiller les performances des fournisseurs et mettre en place des mesures correctives si nécessaire pour garantir le respect des engagements et des normes de qualité. Assurer une veille constante sur le marché afin d'adapter la stratégie d'approvisionnement en conséquence. Collaborer avec les autres départements de l'entreprise, notamment “Sales” , la logistique et les finances, pour garantir une coordination efficace des activités d'approvisionnement et une intégration optimale dans les processus opérationnels. Gérer le budget d'approvisionnement mensuel, hebdomadaire et quotidien et fournir des rapports réguliers sur les dépenses, les économies réalisées et les performances de l'équipe. Piloter le business en utilisant les outils digitaux mis à disposition 5- PROFIL REQUIS 5-1- Formation : Etudes supérieures (Agronomie / Achats) 5-2- Niveau d’expérience : +5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans l’approvisionnement et les achats dans des environnements à rythme rapide, idéalement dans le secteur de la grande distribution ou de l’agroalimentaire; 5-3- Soft skills : Cost Killer ; Excellent négociateur ; Capacités de prospection et veille marché ; Aisance relationnelle, leadership et esprit d’équipe ; Autonomie et sens de l’anticipation Présence sur le terrain Ms Office + Google Workspace: Excel- Google Sheet
