We are an international team of 80 employees based out of Pirangut, Pune. About the Role : We’re looking for an experienced Service Engineer in PAN INDIA to join our Aftersales Department, with major responsibilities as under: Role & Responsibility : We’re continuously looking for an experienced Service Engineer in PAN India to join our Aftersales Department, with major responsibilities as under: Field Tasks: Primarily mechanical work of maintenances but also include some electrical tasks e.G. electrical panel maintenance, and troubleshooting of various types of starters and PLC's. Commissioning & Maintenance: Must be prepared to commission and compressor maintenance in various industrial sectors, as well as handle on-site troubleshooting tasks as needed. Customer Support & Assistance: The first point of contact for customers within the designated region for service-related supports. Respond promptly to customer requests for technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolution to ensure optimal machine performance. Prepare and submit monthly comprehensive report detailing machine performance, customer feedback, and preventive action plans to manager. Support & Collaboration: Providing on-site or remote support to customers and collaborating with the production team when no field work or tours are scheduled. Travelling: Travelling involved for field assignments, as well support to PAN-India services assignments. Occasional foreign travel in case needed. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputed college with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. Required Skills : Thorough knowledge of Field assignments, Industrial machinery, and their maintenances. Must be proficient in both written and spoken English and comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word. Problem-solving and creative skills. Willingness to frequent travel and on field assignments. Willingness to relocate to Pune for a period from 6 to 12 months for training purposes.
