  • Guide and mentor thein-store VM teamto maintain consistency across stores.

Customer Experience & Brand Enhancement:

  • Create animmersive shopping experienceby implementing engaging and interactive displays.
  • Analyze customershopping behavior and trendsto refine visual merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure apremium and innovative brand experiencethat aligns with Nikes ethos.

Data & Performance Tracking:

  • Track theeffectiveness of VM strategiesusing sales data and customer feedback.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to enhancestore performance and product sell-through.
  • Maintain reports onvisual merchandising execution, compliance, and improvements.
