function. The candidate will be hired by Ascential’s Channel Partner,

Neo Avrio Consultancy (

for our client LIONS.

Your Role and Team:You will be responsible for generating revenue from an assigned territory, primarily selling the LIONS SaaS subscriptions products i.e. WARC, Love The Work, Contagious and LIONS Membership, to agencies, brands, media owners and academic institutions in India. You will be part of both the India Ascential Team.

Key ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.Build a robust pipeline based on a targeted pursuit strategy with contact mapping and a clear plan and engagement strategy for each target.Maintain and update a sales pipeline and monthly/annual revenue forecasts.Establish and conduct the necessary industry, institution, and client research.Implement a structured and consultative approach to prospecting, and qualify potential clients.Present the LIONS services with a high degree of professionalism to prospective clients.Ensure a high degree of attention to detail in all aspects of sales administration.Proactively identify opportunities to exploit developments or changes in the marketplace.Work with sales management to develop and write strategic sales plans and execute stated goals and objectives.You are an advocate and ally for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Your ExperienceEither a strong track record or desire to achieve sales targets.Ability to identify, strategize and build new business opportunities.Persuasiveness, executive presence and outstanding communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.Solid organisational skills and ability to work independently.Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for LIONS’ content areas (marketing and advertising best practices).Be a committed and effective team player.Experience using Salesforce is preferable, not necessary.
