Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Right Vision Consultancy Services. As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR strategies, and providing support to the HR team.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven experience as an HR Executive or similar roleSound knowledge of HR functions and best practicesFamiliarity with relevant labor laws and regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationProficient in HR software and MS OfficeAttention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and objectivesEnsure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulationsManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingSupport the development and implementation of employee engagement initiativesProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related mattersManage employee relations issues and promote a positive work environmentAdminister employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keepingConduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeMaintain HR metrics and prepare reports on HR-related activitiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
