Job Description: Position: Engineer – Structural Engineer The role involves coordinating with premier technical institutes, developing structural designs for HPCC systems, and assisting the Head–HPCC in business development and related activities. Location: Bangalore Qualification: - Graduation or Post-Graduation in Structural Engineering - Minimum 2 years’ experience - Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, ETABS, STAAD, etc. Expectations: The Engineer – Structural Engineer will: - Coordinate with institutes for testing and approval of HPCC components and structures. - Develop alternative HPCC designs suited to varied markets. - Articulate technical aspects and benefits of HPCC to architects, consultants, and end-users. - Support Head–HPCC in preparing design visuals, pricing support, collaterals, and market plans. Roles and Responsibilities: - Coordinate with technical institutes for testing, validation, and design approvals. - Create and optimize alternative HPCC structural designs for different applications. - Assist in technical presentations to architects, influencers, and clients. - Prepare visuals, collaterals, and concept applications for business promotion. - Identify new design opportunities and contribute to year-over-year business growth.
