Our programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our inside sales team.
Job Overview :
We are seeking a driven and experienced Nutrition & Health Care Sales Manager to lead our inside sales efforts. This role will focus on converting qualified leads into satisfied customers across both nutrition and healthcare offerings. Additionally, the manager will have full ownership of the P&L for the inside sales department and play a key role in building a high-performing team by hiring, training, and mentoring junior sales associates.
Key Responsibilities :
Ability to build inside sales from ground up
Lead and manage the inside sales function for both nutrition and healthcare products, with full ownership of the P&L.
Convert inbound leads into long-term customers by clearly communicating the value of our nutrition and healthcare solutions.
Analyze and optimize sales funnels and conversion metrics to maximize revenue.
Recruit, train, and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and grow professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and product knowledge.
Provide detailed sales forecasts, tracking KPIs, and ensure the team meets its monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Identify and implement improvements in sales processes and techniques to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
Act as both an individual contributor and a team leader, balancing personal sales goals with team performance.
Requirements :
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the healthcare or nutrition industries.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and handling P&L responsibilities.
Leadership experience, including recruiting and training junior team members.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results.
Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
