Overall purpose of the job:

To manage the day-to-day processing of supplier invoices and internal expense claims, to ensure invoices are accurately recorded and ready for timely payment to the supplier.


Key responsibilities for this job:


·       Raising Purchase Orders in the accounting system Business Central and ensuring these are accurately coded.

·       Assisting Purchase ledger team with receiving and posting Invoices against a valid Purchase Order, and ensuring any discrepancies or invalid invoices without a PO are logged for the account owner.

·       Processing expense claims to accounting system Business Central.

·       Maintaining the Purchase ledger Inbox and assigning emails to the relevant account owner.

·       Support reporting team during audit on obtaining Purchase invoices for audit samples.

·       Setting up new suppliers in the system


Knowledge and experience required:


·       Must have Excellent Communication skill

·       Ability to receive, follow and interpret instructions accurately.

·       Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

·       Being self-motivate, reliable and confident to work independently as well as part of a team.
