We are now looking for a Social Media Operations Intern to support scheduling, posting, and campaign execution across social channels.



Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) using scheduling tools.
  • Assist in executing email and SMS marketing campaigns with proper targeting and timing.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), and follower growth.
  • Prepare basic reports summarizing social media and campaign performance to guide optimization decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience targeting.



Required Skills & Experience

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.



Preferred Qualities / Bonus Skills

  • Prior internship experience in social media marketing or campaign management.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and post optimization strategies.
