We are now looking for a Social Media Operations Intern to support scheduling, posting, and campaign execution across social channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) using scheduling tools.
- Assist in executing email and SMS marketing campaigns with proper targeting and timing.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), and follower growth.
- Prepare basic reports summarizing social media and campaign performance to guide optimization decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience targeting.

Required Skills & Experience

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.

Preferred Qualities / Bonus Skills

- Prior internship experience in social media marketing or campaign management.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and post optimization strategies.
