Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual. Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills. Good at reactive & proactive recruitment. Track-record of Quality over Quantity. Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates. Experience in building a promising pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translating these referrals into “hiring numbers”. Experience working on ATS. Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates. Passionate about recruitment and willing to go the extra mile to close the positions. Individuals who love candidate engagement to the core and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each hire. Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc. Preferred Skills: Dice C2 C W2 BFSI Experienced
