The Senior Engineer (Salesforce) is responsible in creating applications and providing technical solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholder/s involved with the project.

What will you be expected to do?

Job Description – Salesforce Developer- IDC

Responsibilities:

- Participate and collaborate on design and solutioning.- Responsible for the overall system design, technical solution, and support deployment of software packages to lower environments, and Production environments- Deep analysis on business requirements, development, and end to end implementation of solutions.- Convert end user requirements into technical documents for developers (onshore and offshore if applicable).- Develop and enhance SFDC capabilities/applications utilizing Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, HTML and JavaScript.- Develop and enhance Configure Price Quote (CPQ) capabilities is a plus.- Knowledge on MuleSoft or any other middleware tool compatible with Salesforce SaaS- Recommend new SFDC Products and features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platform and add value to business.- Develop, test, and document all implementation work rigorously and accurately.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.

Job Requirements

- Experience in Salesforce Development, Customization and providing day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.- Have strong knowledge as well as hands-on experience in Lightning development using Lightning components, APEX, Apex Test Classes, Visualforce, and integrating SFDC to 3rd party Apps/tools using SOAP and REST APIs- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.- Hands on experience on designing Salesforce asynchronous processes using Batch apex, Schedulable Apex, Future Methods and Queueable Class- Hands on experience in designing configurable solution using Lightning Flows- Experience in writing test classes for maximum code coverage.- Experience in Custom objects, Process Builder, Flows, Triggers, Workflow Approvals, Web services, Data Utilities- Experience in implementing Salesforce SOQL, SOSL and dynamic queries.- Expertise in SFDC triggers according to trigger framework and Singleton /Trigger Factory Pattern- Knowledge and hands on experience on designing SFDC code and customization as per Salesforce best practices.- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics, or other Salesforce products is a plus.- Integrate SFDC with other 3rd party, and custom in-house application.- Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits- Knowledge of Salesforce Change Management/Release process- Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX is a plus.- Experience in using Autorabit CI/CD is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.-- More than 6 years of Salesforce development experience.-- Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations.-- Experience in building solutions in the Telecom industry is plus.-- Salesforce Certifications is a plus: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 and Platform Developer 2.
