KPMG's Digital Lighthouse practice is a rapidly growing service line, dedicated to transforming business outcomes for its clients by embedding and accelerating data and analytics across their value chains. It is a young and fast-growing team of professionals who live and breathe analytics. The service line provides the entire gamut of analytics services: from data strategy to data governance and quality, cloud data warehouses and lakes, data visualization, to advanced ML and AI-driven predictive and prescriptive analytics. It is looking for a dynamic leader who will play an integral part in the growth journey. The individual will report directly to the Partner in Mumbai.Professional analytics certifications, whitepapers published, industry affiliations, industry presentations and contributions; though not necessary, would be a nice to have.
Educational qualifications: Any graduate degree and a Masters degree is preferredThe individual must have rich experience in supply chain analytics and digital transformation using data and analytical methods. A pharma/life-sciences sector expertise is preferred. Prior experience in a consulting firm (Big4 or others) is preferred though its not a constraint if the individual meets overall requirements. The individual must have hands-on experience from their past in tackling tough business problems head-on by providing analytical solutions. Individual must have working knowledge of the analytics ecosystem-from technical architecture to analytics services for processing and storage to data science.
The individual would have experience in donning multiple hats-from signing up new clients to engaging clients successfully from deep proposition design to end delivery. She or he must have a successful track record in signing up fresh accounts and/or managing existing account and growing it 2x/3x. This individual would have experience in managing teams of 10-15 people and coaching and mentoring them into successful individuals themselves. The individual would have proven platform, presentation experience and skills in engaging CxO and senior executives.
Minimum 15 years experience is required.
