Job Title: Delivery Project Lead
Designation: Delivery Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Project Lead with a strong background in to oversee and manage delivery management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of developers in a nearshore environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of functionalities and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery management process for projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices to ensure the team is leveraging the platform effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with , including its architecture, functionalities, and customization capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of additional CRM platforms or related technologies.
  • Experience in a nearshore delivery model.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in managing delivery projects, particularly in a environment.
