We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience to join our remote team and play a key role in building, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Design, Develop, and Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for custom development, configurations, and system integrations.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and best practice discussions to ensure quality and maintainability of the codebase.
  • Manage deployments and version control using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce Change Sets.
  • Stay updated with latest Salesforce releases and proactively recommend enhancements or improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with Salesforce configuration (workflows, process builders, validation rules, flows, custom objects, profiles, roles)
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (sharing rules, object-level, and field-level security)
Experience with Salesforce API integrations and middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Proficiency in using Version Control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD process for Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, global team environment
Comfortable working in US Timezone (PST/EST overlap required)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Admin
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and other collaboration tools
