About Us:

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Workday Solutions Architect to join us and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Workday ecosystem. This role is critical in optimizing our HR systems and processes to support our fast-paced and high-growth organization. You will report directly to the Associate Director of HRIS.

Role Overview:

As a Workday Solutions Architect at Media.Monks, you will be responsible for overseeing the Workday HCM system, ensuring it aligns with our organization's needs and long-term vision. You will collaborate with internal teams, product managers, and the People team to provide architectural consultation, drive best practices, and contribute to the development of our People Operations roadmap.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide architectural consultation across all Workday modules and integrated solutions, including Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent and Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, Payroll, and Reporting, with a focus on Core HCM, Security, and Integrations. Implement Workday best practices for system architecture, design, and build to maximize the value of the platform across the entire "Hire to Retire" ecosystem. Lead the evaluation and selection of People technology systems and enhancements, assessing technical and business viability. Collaborate in cross-functional design sessions to gather requirements, ensuring they align with customer needs and scalability principles. Contribute to the development of the multi-year People Operations roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders and Internal teams. Identify and mitigate technical risks, building strong relationships with leaders across People and IT teams to leverage Workday's features effectively.

What We Value:

Workday solution design and implementation experience in a global public company; experience with multiple global companies is a plus. In-depth knowledge of the "Hire to Retire" value stream and its impact on the enterprise technology ecosystem. Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. Proven ability to manage multiple project workloads and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience in all Workday configurations and business process design. Experience with Integrations. Strong configuration knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM), Organization Hierarchy, Job Architecture, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Security. Expertise in Annual Merit, Equity & Bonus cycles, compensation plan management, and end-to-end HR business processes is a plus. Experience configuring and maintaining the Advanced Compensation module in Workday is a plus. Self-motivated, independent worker with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday HCM, Security, Report Writer, Absence, Time Tracking, Financials, and/or Advanced Compensation certifications. Experience with Talent & Performance modules is a plus. Strong expertise in Workday business processes, Security, and Reporting frameworks. Familiarity with other Workday modules such as Candidate Engagement, HR Case Management, Peakon, and Journey.

Qualifications:

Native or Fluent Business English. Proficiency in business analysis, solution design, and requirements documentation. Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills. Relevant Workday certifications are a plus.
