Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, BSEE, BSCE, BSEET, or BSCS. Workday Certification in Recruitment (must be current). 7+ years professional experience in business systems analysis/engineering, solution design and deployment experience. 3 + years of advanced experience in Workday Integrations development. Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll, Benefits Partners using Workday tools. Good knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration and Business Process Configuration. Excellent working knowledge of Workday Studio Development. Excellent working knowledge of Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services. Strong working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT, Java. Strong working knowledge of BIRT. Workday integrations experience required with a good understanding of integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks (e.g., middleware, transformation logic) Data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes. Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support Subject matter expert in the Software Development Lifecycle and operating systems for HCM US and Global data privacy laws, GDPR and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. JIRA, ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience preferred.
