Responsibilities- Manage Salesforce configuration, release cycles, refresh cycles, and associated modules. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools such as Copado, AutoRabit, Flosum, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps. Oversee code change and release management processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Utilize version control systems including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure Repos. Implement and manage deployments with tools such as Ant Migration Tool, Salesforce DX (SFDX), Workbench, and Salesforce Inspector. Automate builds, deployments, code quality analysis, and testing using Jenkins, SonarQube, Apex PMD, and Provar. Integrate project management tools (JIRA, Azure Boards) with version control and CI/CD systems. Build and manage release pipelines using Azure DevOps, including version control, builds, releases, and Azure Work Items (ALM). Provide technical guidance and training on Salesforce release management, FSL (Field Service Lightning), and LWC deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release processes in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Perform pre- and post-deployment activities not achievable through standard build tools. Requirements- Strong hands-on experience with Copado, AutoRabit, Flosum, Jenkins, Travis CI, Drone CI, and Bitbucket Pipelines. Proficiency with Salesforce DX (SFDX), package versioning, and continuous integration. Expertise in Azure DevOps tools (Azure Boards, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure Artifacts). In-depth understanding of Salesforce administration (roles, profiles, permission sets, security, and metadata architecture). Skilled in automation and quality tools: SonarQube, Apex PMD, Provar. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies with experience in continuous integration and delivery. Good understanding of database tools such as MS Access and MySQL.
