Coordinationfor employee trainingprograms

Responsiblefor planning and executing employee engagementactivities

Handlerelieving formalities (exit interviews handover F&Fsettlementetc.)

Reportto management / MIS to provide information for decisionmaking

Createpositive work environment and strengthen management &employeerelations

Requirements

Requirementsandskills

Provenworking experience as HR Manager or Sr.Executive

Peopleoriented and resultsdriven

Knowledgeof HR systems and databases (Zohopreferred)

Competenceto build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at alllevels of thecompany

Knowledgeof labour laws and good HRpractices

Benefits PF& InsuranceQualification and Work Experience: -Minimum 2 years of prior workexperience -Basic understanding of sales and marketing principlesand previous experience in sales support, customer service, ormarketing. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or other relevantsoftware, Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Zoho, DesignPlatforms like CANVA -Ability to work collaboratively in afast-paced environment. -Knowledge of digital marketing tools andsocial media platforms, especially LinkedIn . -Strong understandingof social media platforms, trends, and best practices. -Familiaritywith the popular content management systems -Experience in managingsocial media campaigns -Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strongunderstanding of professional services such as legal, accounting,finance, tax, etc.
