We’re Hiring: Senior Instructional Designer (6–8 Years Experience) Location: Remote Type: Contract Key Expectations 6–8 years’ experience in instructional design for digital learning/e-learning projects Strong grasp of instructional design principles, pedagogy & assessment strategies Expertise in digital learning development and accessibility guidelines (WCAG) Proficient with authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate Solid understanding of LMS standards (SCORM/xAPI ) Familiarity with Generative AI tools for content creation; ability to refine AI outputs Excellent time management & ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite Core Responsibilities Project Execution (90%) Lead instructional design for full courses or complex learning programs Develop content outlines, instructional plans & storyboard frameworks Create/review detailed storyboards ensuring accuracy & engagement Collaborate with SMEs to gather and refine content Ensure accessibility & usability compliance Apply sound pedagogical principles to design effective learning experiences Use Generative AI tools to draft content, create media & interactive elements Refine AI-generated content for quality & relevance Incorporate customer feedback for continuous improvement Follow project plans, guidelines, and processes Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership (10%) Collaborate with internal teams & external stakeholders Provide ID insights to team leads & project managers Mentor junior instructional designers; conduct design reviews Identify instructional design risks & propose mitigation strategies Interested candidates kindly share your resumes on
