We’re Hiring: Senior Instructional Designer (6–8 Years Experience)Location: Remote Type: Contract Key Expectations6–8 years’ experience in instructional design for digital learning/e-learning projectsStrong grasp of instructional design principles, pedagogy & assessment strategiesExpertise in digital learning development and accessibility guidelines (WCAG)Proficient with authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, CaptivateSolid understanding of LMS standards (SCORM/xAPI)Familiarity with Generative AI tools for content creation; ability to refine AI outputsExcellent time management & ability to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite Core Responsibilities Project Execution (90%)Lead instructional design for full courses or complex learning programsDevelop content outlines, instructional plans & storyboard frameworksCreate/review detailed storyboards ensuring accuracy & engagementCollaborate with SMEs to gather and refine contentEnsure accessibility & usability complianceApply sound pedagogical principles to design effective learning experiencesUse Generative AI tools to draft content, create media & interactive elementsRefine AI-generated content for quality & relevanceIncorporate customer feedback for continuous improvementFollow project plans, guidelines, and processes Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership (10%)Collaborate with internal teams & external stakeholdersProvide ID insights to team leads & project managersMentor junior instructional designers; conduct design reviewsIdentify instructional design risks & propose mitigation strategiesInterested candidates kindly share your resumes on shikha@digifocal.in
