We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) with strong experience in Internet & Wi Fi troubleshooting to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering world-class customer service, we’d love to hear from you Roles & Responsibilities Interact with customers to understand service-related needs and provide the most appropriate solutions. Diagnose and resolve network & modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting. Walk customers through phone hardware and software configurations to enhance service functionality. Provide solutions for customer repair problems and ensure timely resolution. Interface with customers over the phone, providing status updates and ensuring service restoration. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required. Preferred Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of ISP, Internet, Wi Fi, Router & Modem connectivity issues. Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment. Education: UG / Graduate / PG. Minimum 1 year of experience in Internet technical troubleshooting (B2 C Voice Process). Flexible for rotational shifts & week-offs.
