Job Title:Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts (CSR)

Location: Kolkata

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the CSR Finance function, with a focus on managing NGO, development, and non-profit accounts. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial management, reporting, and compliance of CSR initiatives, while also providing strong support through advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting for CSR projects, including NGO and non-profit partner accounts.
  • Ensure timely recording of expenses, reimbursements, and fund disbursements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and project-wise statements.
  • Track and monitor CSR budgets, fund utilization, and compliance with statutory norms.
  • Prepare MIS reports, utilization certificates, and fund flow statements.
  • Coordinate with CSR project teams and external NGOs for financial reconciliations.
  • Leverage advanced Excel to create trackers, dashboards, and financial analysis for CSR projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 3–5 years of experience in NGO accounts, development accounts, or non-profit sector accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory compliances, and fund flow management in the non-profit space.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, financial modeling, dashboards) is a must.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
